Aaron M. DeLong, Founder and President
Aaron M. DeLong is a lawyer and financial analyst who has worked for over a decade with banks, government agencies, and small businesses on the financing of public projects. Prior to founding LendStand, he served as Deputy City Attorney for the City of New Orleans, as a Foreign Service Officer for the U.S. Department of State, and as a lawyer with Linklaters, LLP in New York. Aaron earned his B.A. from Duke University and his J.D. from NYU School of Law.
Blake J. Stanfill, Strategy and Development
Blake J. Stanfill has spent his career at the intersection of the public and private sectors. Blake brings to LendStand experience in financial risk management, economic development, and strategy. Before LendStand, Blake was an Executive Director with the Orleans Parish School Board, a Mayoral Fellow in the Economic Development Department of the City of New Orleans, and a credit-risk analyst at Bank of America. Blake earned his B.A. from Duke University, a Master of Finance from Tulane University, and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Jill Newbold Polk, Counsel and Underwriting
Jill Newbold Polk is chief legal counsel and head of underwriting for LendStand. She has extensive experience in working with large and small corporations and investment firms on matters of securities law and corporate governance. Jill earned her B.A. from Eastern Illinois University and her Juris Doctor from University of Illinois College of Law Urbana-Champaign.
